Paleo Banan Pancakes


Ingredients:
1 banana
2 eggs
pinch salt
fat ( butter, olive oil, coconut oil)



optional : protein powder, cinnamon, almond butter, peanut butter, pumpkin, fruit, choc chips, vanilla, coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder (add into mixture for thicker consistency)

Mix banana, eggs, and salt in magic bullet or blender and let stand for a minute or two.

Medium Low heat a heavy pan (we use cast iron) coat evenly with your oil

Slowely Pour the banan egg mixture into pan making slightly larger than silver dollar size pancakes. When you see the air bubbles come through the batter gentley flip they are fragile like a crepe. 

Cook evenly on both sides and remove, enjoy with pure maple syrup or a preserve spread on top there great for toddlers, and later in the day cold.
